Heads or Tails.

The world is a beautiful place, there’s a lot of great things that can be found here but at the same time, the world is a horrible place where many terrible things can be found.

You see, there are two sides to seeing the world just as how there’s two sides on a coin; heads and tails. When you flip a coin, you already know what value each side possesses and what it means to you.

When you look at the world you can see two sides of it all the time but whichever side you focus more attention on will surely have an affect on your being and how you see everything.

Girls clean up well.

Recently I spent some time with two girls on separate occasions and they completely blew my mind. What I mean by that is, not too long ago I saw them as being not as attractive in the way they present themselves at school in how they dress and how they present their outer appearance. But when it really counts, when a girl needs to clean up…. well, they clean up really well.

A girl can go from being the ugly duckling to a swan easily and instantly. But if you don’t believe me, then you see it for yourself, you’ll surely be mindfucked when it happens.

Pop culture + Happiness.

Again another excerpt.

How does popular culture represent happiness?

The popular culture represents happiness as having a lot of “stuff”. They use material objects and such to gauge how “happy” someone is when really a person’s happiness cannot be gauged so easily by observing what they possess. Being happy is a feeling, it is intangible and subjective while material objects are tangible and objective. Therefore, since both are completely different, they should not be used to gauge a person’s happiness but popular culture uses it anyways to represent happiness.

Language Time Limit.

You know how they say that the older you get then the harder it is to learn a new language?

What if your brain was actually programmed to make it harder once you get past a certain age? I mean let’s say that age is 20.

If you’ve been alive for the last two decades and have lived in a society then you must have realized that you should be able to fluently communicate it’s language at this point. It’s like how those of us in North America are quite fluent in “English” because that is the dominant language we use to communicate day in and day out for many years.

However, if your brain has this time limit on when you will start to have a hard time learning languages then it means that it was made with the assumption that a human being will only need to know the language of a society they will wind up living in for the rest of their lives.

Except nowadays, times are changing. People usually are Bilingual these days and its becoming a growing trend, people travel around, people immigrate and emigrate; if this keeps up,

Will it mean that our brains may extend that time limit in newer generations to accommodate people moving from one society to the next?

OR

Will it mean the end of a dominant language in Society as a whole if people constantly learn other languages?

Hurricane Simulator.

Like the name suggests, it simulates a hurricane for $2.00

And yes I tried it out.

It was awsome.

Day 3: Drugs or Alcohol?

I’ve always adopted the idea that between Drugs or Alcohol, you pick one to do but you never do both even though they are both poisons to your body regardless of which one you choose.

So I made my choice and I chose Alcohol.

Drugs was out of the question because of many reasons, many of them very generic like Family and Friends but my other reasons were that:

1) I didn’t want to take the risk of getting addicted to something that would cause me to pay out money regularly just so I could poison myself day after day.

2) For things I ingest, I’d like to generally know what will be in it and I don’t think people get an ingredients list when they buy drugs.

3) I’ve seen what some people look like and acted like in their “Addictive State of Mind” and it’s a place I want to steer clear of.

So drugs is a No for me because that’s how I’m living my life.

Also, I just feel that Alcohol is more manageable than Drugs. But in the end it’s still poison to you and me, so I’m not in the light for choosing Alcohol.

I just chose the lesser of two evils.

Insignificant? or Significant?

I’ve always heard from people; my friends, colleagues etc. that with women it’s the little things that count the most.

Not the big presents nor the once in a life time moments, but then again those do possess their own value as they are “once in a lifetime moments”. However leading up to those moments are always made up of the little things. Things that happen every day that we may deem insignificant ourselves but when really they mean a lot to someone else.

Wouldn’t you agree?

They like it when we remember the brief bits of information that would have been seen as insignificant by everyone else. But what about with guys?

I think everyone enjoys it because this shows that they actually listened intently.

Like when this girl brought up something that I said in a text weeks ago; it was about my hair. Hearing her bring it back up in the words I used really put a smile on my face because it was something that I thought of as being a small detail yet she still remembered it as if it was the most important thing in the world.

But maybe it wasn’t cause she wanted to pay attention but instead her feminine side was at work. I think it’s safe to say that women are better at remembering things than guys cause when we make a mistake, they remember it for a very long time….

Now unlike how us guys need to be told to pay attention to the details, a guy doesn’t tell a women to pay attention, not because he doesn’t care but because women already do this naturally. We don’t need to tell them to do what they’ve been doing all their lives.

So I’m not going to kid around, it feels great to know that someone remembers the tiny things you said at the end of the day or rather after a few weeks.

It feels even better though to know that the listening and remembering details about each other is not one sided.

Two is better than one.
