Indirect Creation.

What if parts of the universe were created like this?
I mean, picture the universe as a giant test tube in chemistry class. Inside you have different elements and different solutions mixing together but in order for certain “products” to be created out of the mixture, the conditions have to be correct whether it be the right temperature or the right amount of particles.
So in TRON Legacy, Kevin Flynn, create “The Grid” like a scientist creating a science experiment but the creation of the ISOs were an indirect result of his work. It’s like the release of a gas in a solution when you were really looking for a color change within it.
Perhaps things were meant to be created while others are created as an indirect result to the creation.

C a n v a s
When we're born, we're like a blank canvas. Our lives start out empty but are slowly colored by what we experience day by day.
So day by day I paint my Canvas with thoughts, experiences and everything else that makes interests me.
What will be the result of my painting?
My answer is optimistic but I'll let you decide for yourself. Watch this work in progress as he reaches the highest peaks through coursing along the rockiest bottoms.
